	Citywala Infotech is a private limited company incorporated in Oct 2005 under the Companies Act. 1956 of India. It has been seed funded by Dr. H.N.Pandey and Mrs. Abha Pandey (parents of Raghu, founder CIPL).

	The business objective of CIPL is to make Citywala.com and iBranch.in the most popular services for DAY-TO-DAY collaboration in their respective target markets. By ensuring a user-base which uses our services repeatedly to make their DAY-TO-DAY lives easier, we wish to tap into the ad revenues of other DAY-TO-DAY local media i.e. newspapers, out-of-home and radio. Our ambition is to expand operations in Tier-I, II & III cities of India.

	A huge opportunity exists for Internet to tap into ad revenues of the three media i.e. newspapers, out-of-home and radio. In 2006 adspend on Internet was only 2% of the combined adspend on other three media, as per this report of Zenith Optimedia. We believe that Internet already has technological ingredients to emerge as the most popular day-to-day medium, the need is to apply the right solutions to the right community… and that’s what we intend to do at CIPL.

	We are looking for funding for the first phase of our expansion in which we want to achieve our business objective in 7 Indian cities by 2010 end.
